Begin by rolling at a slow speed with your left foot on the left pedal and your right foot on the rear right peg, holding the handlebars nomally.
Practice by leaning back in a fast motion and squeezing the seat tightly between your legs. The seat should hit your left leg right about your knee, and your right leg around the thigh.
When you lean back lift the front end of the bike.
Now put your LEFT hand on the right grip palm up.
Now turn a little to the right and as you do snap the bars clockwise 180 degrees.
Wooo Hoo you did it and only after shedding a few tears and some drops of blood!!
