Riding Backwards

Traveling at a medium speed, lift your right foot off the pedal. You will be riding with only your left foot on the left pedal now. Now switch feet by putting your right foot on the left pedal backwards. The easiest way to do this is by putting most of your wieght on your arms and hopping from your left foot to your right foot on the left pedal landing backwards.
Once you have switched feet and are still rolling at a good speed it is time to turn around. Lean your left hip to the center of the handlebars twisting your body around backwards as much as you can. You shouldn't have let go of the handlebars yet so you should still be steering while your doing all of this. Once your hip and half of your butt is on the handlebars switch your hands.
You kind of have to find out your own way to turn around because no two people turn around the same way so just keep working hard at it!!
