Wednesday Nove
Deadlines
There are a lot of
deadlines in the November 9 newsletter so you may want to review them now. You
don’t want to miss anything.
November 19 (to Mrs. Tatariw) – Candlelight tours
November 26 (to Mrs. Davis) – Four Season’s Tea (see below)
November 29 (to Mrs. Davis) – Knitting Workshop reservation (with time)
Well if you forgot it
was the tea. The Four Season Restaurant in Georgetown (a 4 star restaurant) is
honoring Girl Scouts on their 90 Anniversary in the month of January. This tea
will feature sweet treats, created by pastry chef David Rexford, using our
delicious Girl Scout cookies as well as chocolate covered strawberries, finger
sandwiches and fruit tartlets. The special tea is available for troops Monday
thru Thursday 3 – 5 pm (hard with school) and Monday, January 21 from 2 –
3:30 and 3:30 – 5 pm (reservations required). The cost is $14.00 plus tax and
gratuity. If there is interest (girls and moms), possibly for the January 21
tea, let Mrs. Davis know by November 26.
