Remember your
responsibilities and be at Trinity Presbyterian at 12:30. All participants will
have a permission slip in their folder at the Monday, October 30 meeting. It
must be returned by Nov. 2.
Mrs. Pressler has agreed to
come to our November 27 meeting to do the chocolate. This will be part of
the Creative Cooking IP and most of you have 3 requirements already completed
for this IP. Anyone who went
gleaning has 4 requirements completed.
Whitetail Skiing
On the Intent Forms Lucy, Corianne and Lauren said they might be interested in going. However, last night at the TOGA meeting we learned that an 002 trained adult (I know Mrs. Sullivan and Mrs. Tatariw are 002 trained and maybe Mrs. Tatge) must take charge of the group even if families go. Reservations must be paid in full by January 12. Unless someone steps forward to accept the responsibility I will assume that the maybe is a no. For information I have enclosed the price list for those listed above.
December singing on the Ellipse
The “Girl Scouts of Oakton” will have a
practice at Waples Mill Elementary on December 11 during our meeting time. This
is mandatory for Amy, Tracy, Gina, Katherine, Lucy, Corianne, and Lauren (based
in the Intent Form). If you change your mind let Mrs. Davis know immediately as
we will be the leadership for the group of younger scouts.

For Amy, Katherine, Corianne and Lauren, since you expressed
an interest in working on Thinking Day I just wan to remind you that YOU need to

or Mrs. Cramond 703-758-5081 cramond@erols.com.
Your leaders will not be coordinating this. Remember Thinking Day itself is

Self Defense IP
Everyone signed up for this it is scheduled for Saturday,
February 24 at Vienna Presbyterian church, Vienna, from 9 am to 2 pm. Mark your
calendars.
TOGA Encampment
The weather was beautiful the organizers kept everyone busy.
The two mystery meals, the breakfast was not planned, seemed to be a hit. Mrs.
Irvin did a summary of the weekend for the girls to relive the events and so the
parents can see what happened.
