KEEPING A SENSE OF HUMOR

KEEPING A SENSE OF HUMOR

It is so important to look on the bright side of things when troubling times are upon us. There are always rainbows around; we only need to remember to look for them!

An uplifting and funny book that I read during my ordeal was "NOT NOW...I'M HAVING A NO HAIR DAY" - Humor & Healing for People with Cancer. It was written by CHRISTINE CLIFFORD and illustrated by JACK LINDSTROM, with such funny cartoons. It is well worth the money. The URL inside the book is as follows:

Cancer Club

It's a great web site where one can order Christine Clifford's books, as well as other items, too! It's worth a LQQK-SEE, for a great uplift!

Remember to keep smiling and make the most out of any bad situation. Things could always be worse. No one goes through this earthly life without some form of trials and tribulations. Don't give up no matter what. Things will get better and the sun will come out again, glowing brighter than ever before! Keep on keeping on!

To give myself a laugh, I even inwardly nic-named myself "THE HAIRLESS HAIRDRESSER" ~ LOL ~ although I did have my wigs to wear! On a upnote key, my hair has now grown back and looks very nice, if I do say so myself! I donated my wigs to the American Cancer Center in my city, so as to help someone out there in this world, who might be in need of a wig! It's a good feeling to do a good deed!

Have faith in God - He does know best and He will never let you go through anything alone, if you will only ask Him to come and be by your side! I thank Him for being with me during my times of trouble! He will be with you all the way!
