CALENDAR OF EVENTS

First Annual Grand Assembly

• The First Annual Grand Court Assembly of The Prince Hall Grand Court, Ladies of the Circle of Perfection, PHA, Jurisdiction of Virginia, will convene on Friday, May 9, 2003, and conclude on Saturday, May 10, 2003. The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn Airport, 5203 Williamburg Road, Sandston, Virginia.

  Activities will include a banquet, dance, meetings, and a luncheon.

  The Holiday Inn will accept reservations at the special rate of $63.00 per night, plus 12 1/2% tax until April 18, 2003. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted based on room and rate availability. In order to receive this special rate, guests must register as attending the Prince Hall Grand Council of Royal & Select Masters or Prince Hall Grand Court, Ladies of the Circle of Perfection.   The fee for advance registration for the conference is $60.00. On-site registration is $70.00. The deadline for advance registration is April 15, 2003. Please mail checks or money orders to Convention Committee Chairperson:
