SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY
Drop-Shipping:
We offer drop-shipping for FREE! What is drop-shipping? Basically, its having no merchandise at your place! Example: We sell a box of of unclaimed freight for $60. You sell the same item for $120 and make a sale. You then purchase the crate from us at $60. Then, when checking out, include a note of your customers address, and we will ship directly to them! FREE! You just made $60 doing almost NOTHING! Your customer cant trace our address. We DO NOT give out our name! The package looks like it came from you!
Shipping:
There are absolutley no shipping charges or handling charges to anywhere in the 50 U.S. States. If you live outside of the United States, please contact us for shipping quotes. You will be charged exact shipping. Many items are shipped in least possible packages to keep freight charges down as well as include more items for you. If you purchase 3 unclaimed freight, it may be packed into one box. Each box represents a lot and may be combined into fewer boxes to save on shipping.
Lost Packages:
We are NOT responsible for any lost package. Shipping is included in the products, however insurance is NOT. Insurance IS recomended, as we will NOT be held responsible for lost packages. You must request insurance BEFORE check out if desired.
Returns:
We are happy to accept returns on 95% of our products. We WILL NOT accept returns on an Unclaimed Freights, Electronics Liquidation Boxes, or any Liquidation lots. We will also not accept refunds for any services such as the Wholesale Smokers Network. If you would like to return any merchandise, it must be in new and original package. ALL DAMAGED GOODS ARE TO BE REPORTED TO THE PACKAGE CARRIER! There is a 15% restocking fee on any item being returned, and we are not responsible for freight charges back to our warehouse. Please contact us if you plan on returning anything. When you return an item, you have 3 options, you may choose anyone of these:
1. Return for same product.
2. Return for store credit.
3. Return for cash.
