OP ORDER VISION 2039: The Hill has been removed due to the following:
Too dangerous; running up the stoops while being beaten and having tobacco juice, urine, and waste is much safer (especially in the winter)
Cheaper; the cost to rent fire trucks, tents, busses, and a make-shift operations center, is much too great - we shall revert back to running up the stoops and putting cadets through "The Gauntlet" (the permit for paying the multi-million dollar medical bill from the wounded will be re-directed to the parents and families of the cadets themselves via the Comptroller's office, it was their choice to come to VMI in the first place).
Un-professional; Hill versus Gauntlet, low-crawling up a muddy hill versus 3 stoops of torture and flogging, enough said.
