Terrorist Attack SOP
In the event of a terrorist attack the SOP will be strictly followed by all parties or be subject to a gross neglect of duty bone.
The terrorists will submit a permit to LTC Levenson via Commandant’s Forms, Cadet Permit Form regarding to hostile takeover of post (i.e. destruction of barracks). Upon submitting of this form the terrorists will inform Aramark no later than 2 days upon submission of permit (or be boned by LTC Levenson). COL Moncure will supervise the terrorist permit and ensure this does not infringe on any class privileges.
Upon arrival on post the terrorists will and must report to Lejeune Hall orderlies and will have a stat sent via supernum to the following:
1) Superintendent
2) Commandant
3) Dean
4) S-5 Staff
5) COL Joyner
The OD will direct to the SOG to post sentinels at the evening gun and have them fire a volley of three shots in accordance to the Holy Book of Armaments: "First shalt thou load the evening gun. Then shalt thou fire three rounds, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt fire, and the number of the firing shall be three. Four shalt thou not fire, neither fire thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then fire thou thy evening gun towards thy Corps”.
A representative of the S-5 staff will be dispatched to Lejeune Hall to offer a cadet-led tour of VMI while the terrorists are waiting, the PX and Bookstore will be open for business also.
The OG will then proceed to make turnouts to instruct the Corps to form on the parade deck. Uniform will be class dyke, Frisbees and footballs will be authorized but no croquet racquets and balls, it is a sissy game and it will sissify the Corps (failure to abide by this will result in a bone by SGM Neel).
The OD will then inform via secret, emergency telephone (the red one) to General Peay and inform him that his escape pod is prepared and ready for launch.
Company COs and XOs will have their corporals take accountability of their cadets and rats and inspect them on uniform appearance. A Corps formation will be held and the Corps will be given ‘Present Arms’ followed by a report to the Commandant informing him that the militia is formed; the report will be as follows:
“Sir, militia all present or accounted for, morituri te salutant.”
During the formation Aramark will begin preparing box lunches and setting up the food lines for all parties involved. A recorder will standby with video camera to tape the final moments.
At the conclusion of the formation the terrorists will be free to conduct their business provided that barracks rooms are left in MI order and personal appearance is immaculate, otherwise they are subject to bone by MAJ Fridley and CMDR McDaniel. COL Joyner will then send a Corps-wide E-mail describing the success of the event (if barracks is still standing).
NOTE: In the event of network outage due to terrorist activities a comprehensive search of the post will be conducted by search dogs and FEMA with the cooperation of COOP for Artie Noel.
