EXECUTIVE ORDER 2039

TIME OUT

In the past cadets who have been put on report have been sentenced to Penalty Tours. A method of wasting cadets' time so that they cannot get anything done. Instead of making them clean, perform police call, or perhaps something useful to all of us, it was the bright idea to make cadets march with their rifles for hours on end on the weekends. This form of punishment is designed to break down the cadet's morale and spirit.

Now the cadet has something else to worry about: TIME OUT. Since we are treated like children in Pre-School, why not punish us as such.

TIME OUT

Any cadet in violation of the Blue Book will be placed on report and be subject to Institute Time Out. Like Penalty Tours, Time Out or “T.O.s” will be used to further waste a cadet’s time.

Example:

Failure to Comply (i.e. reporting to QMD for yet another re-issue and re-fitting of ducks) S0683, Penalty number: 9. 5-1-5-5

5 Demerits, 1 week of confinement, 5 PTs, and 5 hours of time-out.

Institute Time Out will be STRICTLY enforced, failure to comply will result in the appropriate bone (i.e. doing school work).
