William Harold Waters, 53, died at home, Saturday, Feb. 24, 2001. He was a native of Spartanburg, S.C. He served in the Navy and was a graduate of Newport News High School and attended Thomas Nelson Community College. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kathleen and Lewis Waters. Burial will be private. Peninsula Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
