Results from November 6
Election
The Libertarian Party of Virginia
had for the first time two candidates on the
ballot for statewide office. Bill Redpath,
for Governor, and Gary Reams, for Lt. Governor.
The two candidates were able to get some
coverage in our area, through a booth we had at
the Speed Fest and the help of dedicated
Libertarian Party supporters in the area.
Because of this work, both candidates were
able to pick up more than average votes in the
Martinsville and Henry County area. Below
are the results of this years election for our
two candidates.
