Champneys' Pink Cluster

Class: Noisette
Height: 4-15' Width: 8'
Hardiness:to zone 6
Bred:Champneys, 1802, USA

Description: Double, repeat flowering, light pink, fragrant.

Comments: This rose is said to be the first of the Noisette class. Bred by John Champneys in South Carolina, it was sent to France where it was further bred creating the many fine Noisette roses that grace Southern gardens.

I transplanted Champneys' Pink Cluster from my old garden to its current location in Rose Bed Four during the Fall of 2002. The flowers are small pink buttons that are plentiful and fragrant.
