Comments: I purchased this rose as a grafted, potted plant Spring 2000. It was planted inRose Bed One in the fall of 2000.

It has bloomed prolifically, even in a pot. It sets hips readily and I try to keep up with the deadheading through the season to keep the flowers coming, but the thing blooms so much, it gets ahead of me.

During the winter of 2000, it kept its foliage all winter. This year though, since it is in a slightly shadier spot, blackspot has caused it to drop a few leaves. Despite the fact that I can detect no fragrance in this rose, one of my usual requirements, it is among my favorites for it's delicate prettiness and its constant bloom. This is also a very nice flower to dry in silica gel.
