Class: China Height: about 3' to 4'Width: about 3' to 4' Hardiness:unknown Bred:unknown Description: Red, double, no fragrance, repeat flowering, cluster flowering. Comments: Cuttings of this rose were sent to me in 1998 as Seven Sisters, which it clearly is not. I transplanted it from our old garden and planted it in Rose Bed One in the fall of 2000. It blooms prolifically, but it has no scent. The growth of the plant and the delicate stems make me think it is a China. In a dry year when it was grown in a pot, it sometimes got some powdery mildew in my no spray garden. It has a red tinge to the new foliage and blooms in pretty large clusters. | ||
