Description: Double, spring flowering, pink, fragrant.

Comments: I became enamoured with this rose after seeing it at the open house at the Ben Lomond House in 2000. The fragrance was absolutely intoxicating. I finally ordered it and planted it in the shrub border of the North Lawn during the Fall of 2001. Though it was "pruned" by some foraging critter, it has produced a few blooms, but they are not nearly as fragrant as I remember them. Maybe next year will bring a more scented crop.
