Class: Bourbon Height: 6-8' Width: 5' Bred: Bonfiglioli, Italy, 1909 Description: Fragrant, red and white striped, very double. This rose can be trained as a climber or pegged. Comments: This own root plant was purchased Spring 1998 and kept in a pot until Fall 2000, when it was planted in Rose Bed Five, to be trained as a pillar rose. So far, it has not been a repeat bloomer for me. The spring flush is lovely though, and richly fragrant so I don't mind. It is fairly disease resistant in my garden without being sprayed. | ||
