Make a list of all persons with whom we are acquainted who have no knowledge of our crossdressing, and become willing to disclose to them the existence of our feminine selves. 9. Inform all such persons of the existence of our feminine selves, except when doing so would injure them or others. 10. Continue to take personal inventory of our lives and be sure that our feminine and masculine selves receive equal attention. 11. Seek through thought and meditation to improve our awareness of our feminine selves and needs. 12.
