This was a simple web page using a picture and a marquee (second page). I don't remember if my teacher gave us the code or not, but either way it was made in Notepad. One interesting thing we learned was the marquee. The marquee (text that continuously scrolls from one side of the screen) is a interesting tool that can very easily become corny. I haven't found a use for it but my friend, James, has found a good use for it as a site update bar.
