This is a skin that I made for Avant Browser. It is a modified version of an MSN skin made by another Avant user (with his permission, of course). I think it's a nice looking skin for the browser and because the icons are transparent if you don't like the two backgrounds that the skin comes with you can change it. It took me a while to get the skin to look right because it is very hard to modify either really big things or really small things on the computer. I like the skin a lot and I suggest you check out and download Avant Browser and then download my skin.
