Spike glanced around the kitchen of the watchers flat. Crimson stained the walls, he smiled as he watched it run slowly down to the immaculate white tile floor. It began to congeal as it cooled off, forming little puddles of the sticky sweet liquid. Spike ran his finger through the closest one and then brought it to his lips. He moaned in pleasure as he licked his finger clean. Spike looked over at the witch. She was a vision covered from head to toes in the sticky red substance, he had a sudden urge to lick her clean. Beside her was the boy, he stared at Spike with large shocked eyes.

"Why, Spike? Why did you do it?"

Spike chuckled. He couldn't help it, it really was too funny.

"Was an accident. Didn't really mean to do it, just wanted a snack didn't I?"

They were all there, the watcher, the slayer, lil' bit, the witch and the boy. Everyone of them was a vision in red. He'd never seen the slayer look better. He felt bad for the bite sized one, he hadn't meant for this to happen, especially not to her.

"I must say though, you look absolutely edible."

Xander spluttered at the vampire, he was the only one capable of speech it seemed.

"You... you think I'm edible? Eeewww!" Spike stalked closer to the boy, he was enjoying the humans discomfort. He reached out and quickly drew one of Xander sticky hands to his face and began licking the crimson fluid from his fingers. The boy stood in stunned fascination as the vampire laved him clean. A small moan escaped his throat as one finger slipped completely into the vampires cold mouth, he felt the pressure of Spikes tongue as the digit was sucked clean.

"Mmmm. I guess you really are a nummy treat."

That seemed to shock the others into action. Xander drew his hand away slowly, still stunned by what had happened. Spike, evil undead vampire that his is, just sucked on his fingers. And he liked it.

Finally, the watcher shook off his shock and glared at the vampire.

"Spike, you will clean this up immediately. Now I have to make another batch of candy to dip the apples in before the children show up. I told you to wait in the other room until we were finished didn't I?"

Spike shrugged his shoulders and gave the man a sheepish grin.

"I got bored. And hungry. Just wanted a little taste."

Giles handed Spike a wash rag and a spray bottle of cleaner.

"Get to work on this mess while the rest of us go and clean up."

Spike turned to admire Willow, who was closest to the pot and therefore was covered the most.

"Need some help pet? You look like a nummy treat as well."

He laughed as the witch looked at him, shock horror and a bit of arousal warring for dominance. She shook her head and flew out of the room. Dawn smiled and walked over to Spike.

"Next time warn me before you do this. It's going to take forever to get this out of my hair."

Spike smiled as he looked around the room. It was a nice sight, all that red goo splattered on the walls. Ah if only, but it was only candy, not blood. Some day though, someday it would be. For now though, he had some candy clean up. Spike scooped up another fingerful from the puddle on the counter and sucked it into his mouth.

"Almost as tasty."
