The Sheepdog Dynasty...no more?
With the recent shift of power in the Imperial Family, namely Emperor Drago taking the throne from Vakarro and DP taking the Head of the Family title from Singha, the Imperial Family has experienced another seemingly major change. No longer is the Empire to be known as the Sheepdog Dynasty, but the Dynasty Sognator (read: some made up drago word). What this change is supposed to represent or imply, only the two people responsible for it know. The likelihood that the change is just for show, however, is...unlikely. >_>
When the Emperors will get around to ex-Head of the Family Singha's funeral has also yet to be decided, though it appears that it won't be anytime in the near future.
Wanted: Mischief makers Vakarr0, Letoran, and Levoritan
-While they have made no publicly known appearance on the board, these three 'people' have been wreaking no end of havoc on the veterans chat rooms, even attacking non-hostile LTUers (a race that has been only rumored to exist until just recently) who have entered them. While rumors have spread of them being AIM bots, 'intelligent' (read: non-auto response) conversations made with both Vakarr0 and Letoran have implied otherwise. It is possible that the two are alts. In any case, who they might be of is a mystery.
Two possible suspects of being inside men for the trio, Mephistal and former mischief maker Chiefshootemup, are currently under probation via the VDA until their names can be cleared.
While the three pose no threat against the Veterans message board, they can be quite dangerous (read: annoying) when met via AIM or chatroom. Civilians are advised to brush up on their noob ignore spells, as well as to enter chatrooms in pairs, until the proper authorities have apprehended the three. Do not confront them alone.
Parliament in danger
A few nights ago, the parliment building in Veteranople was destroyed in a firey explosion. It was believed to have been caused by a new underground resistance movement, led by none other than famous anarchist Mephistal. Several other buildings were damaged from the explosion, though none of of as significant an importance. As a resident near the parliment building, Cleetus McGee had this to say.
"Those explosions are sure nice, and they light up the night sky somethin' pretty. They come so regularly, ya can almost base a calendar off of them."
While the building was completely destroyed, none of the Parliament members were inside at the time. It is uncertain whether any future attacks will be following this one though, so government officials are advised to increase their security and remain on their toes until the attackers have been dealt with. Security of the overall city will also be upped in an effort to keep the proper tools for these attacks from reaching the wrong hands, but there is little hope in that regard.
In related news, there have been several missing guards throughout the city, none of whom were on post at the time. It is possible that these guards may have been kidnapped, in which case they may be held as hostages in the future or may already be dead, or that they are allies in these attacks. In any case, any suspicious activity is to be reported to an official ASAP.

Upcoming Rate that Vet
-To celebrate the birth of this new news stand, a revival of the 'Rate That Vet' series is going to be made.
