This
is in the manga, Volume 10, where Sakura told Syaoran that she confessed
her feelings to Yukito and poured her soul out to Syaoran.
Sakura was telling Syaoran
that she felt just a little like crying and she didn't know why, while
scrubbing her tears away bravely.
|
Either Syaoran understood
Sakura more than she did - or Sakura just denied it. Personally, I
think that it's both.
Syaoran knew that Sakura
kept her sadness within herself and put up a happy front, so as not
to make Yukito feel bad.
|
And Sakura didn't want
to cry; she was still trying to hold her tears in and keeping a
smile on her face.
Syaoran wasn't fooled.
|
Sakura insisted that she meant
what she said - that as long as Yukito was happy, she would be too; while
Syaoran just gazed at her sadly, with a tender look in his eyes. |
|
Syaoran told Sakura that he
understood - he understood what she was feeling, and he offered her his
handkerchief. Sakura smiled amidst her tears, a genuine smile this time,
and thanked Syaoran. |
