(Each Point increases d#. Add 2 more points, you would have d3 DMG)
Bonuses: 3 Skill Points = +1 to roll. (example: d5+1)
Rounds (effects): 5 Skill Points = Extra Round of Effect
(example: if someone is Charmed normally for d3 rounds, this will increase it to d4 rounds)
