Last Year, we had a man step up and play well beyond what was expected of him. He Came out, played his heart out in his first official year with Villa Park and won the honor of being named the VPSN Rookie of the Year. Whether you needed him to come up with a big pass in the endzone, or come down with a big pick. He played hard from beginning to end, played hardnose defense, and made sure no one he was defending was coming down with the ball.

The spider monkey, as his team mates call him, was a top pick last year in the VPSN games. Consistently making plays and taking picks back to the house. His brother had this to say "My brother turned a corner last year, he was amazing, I was very impressed and proud of him."

So we'd like to take this time to congratulate Tony Grollo on winning the First Rookie of the Year award VPSN has ever given out. The 2008 ROTY has a lot to live up this year, hopefully, he can come back and do what he did last year, but only better. With talent like this on the field, the level of competition out there is going to be insane.
