She witnessed the deaths
of her closest family,
but she has escaped.
She is a cyber.
Cybersix is her sister,
but they are different.
Kayla was alone,
once lost in isolation.
but she has found friends.
Saphir has written an AWESOME poem about Kayla!! Back from the dead
She learns the ancient arts
Back from the dead
She rises and sets
Back from the dead
Always starting over
Back from the dead
Kayla
Running to her fate,
Alone against the world:
It is never too late.
As perserverance is her Lord.
only to die.
To punish the one who wrong her.
She uses the ancient arts
For friendship and laughter.
Only to die.
With the sun.
She learns to let
live trust and fun.
Only to die.
With courage.
She will manage
To once again learn.
In hope to once again live.
Cyber Poet has written a lovely epitaph *sniff* It makes me want to cry...
Secrets To Hide No More
She was quick, but kind.
A loving sister, and a trusting friend.
So long apart, since that night of death
So many years ago
Her secrets revealed
To those she trusted most
To few, that she loved
the most.
And now she rests, in the grassy meadow
where her soul is in peace with the
radiant sunset to protect her. To heal her.
She is safe at last. Kayla is safe at last.
She follows it up with a beautiful poem about Resurrection
New Life, Old Fears
Have the angels brought you back to me?
In this new world of fear?
What horrors have your eyes encounted?
What strange adventures kept you?
When did you learn to live?
Are you really alive my sister?
Or have you died once more?
Have you seen all you want to see?
Have you been to the heavens?
Will you ever know?
Was it painful that night?
Did you feel death take you?
Could you feel darkness brake you?
Can you see me waiting?
Will you remember what you are?
Have the angel's brought you new life?
Here's another poem by Cyber Poet! She isn't called Cyber Poet for nothing! :D
-A Winter Moment-
The snow settled on the roof
and crimson lights flickered
All around the snow was dancing
Declairing a silence amungst the sleepy town.
Tonight was special
For none came twice
On a perfect night in Meridiana.
The Eve of Christmas.
She sat on the roof
Not thinking. Not dreaming
The moment held onto her like nothing before
As the wet snow trickled down her warm face.
A sparkle from the moon
touched every flake
As she held out her frail hand
To catch them as the fell.
Such a miricale would never do
Not in a place like this.
But for that moment the dream drifted through
Of a silver and white world.
Not ready for adventures
It was time for ease
As Kayla sat in the midsts
Of the Mysterious Snow.
One more by Cyber Poet. I absolutely LOVE this!
-Never To Be Torn-
You see that girl
Her face so clear
Not one thought can be seen
Of all that goes on
Secrets not to be shared
She keeps to herself
Not letting anyone in
But more fear
A forgotten future
Won't leave her be
The certain purpose
Of darkness
Not alone will she die
Not again will she fail
For the night is her guardian
And the only thing trusted
Never be torn apart.
Here are two poems by a wonderful person who wishes to remain anonymous (I really like these)
I Am
Run, I cannot run
Because I cannot escape
The things that one man creates
My burning hate
My terrible fate
I am what I am
I did not ask to be this way
To be the creation led astray
By a madman's fears
By a sister's tears
I wish to be forgotten
I am simply a mistake
To be used for one man's sake
I was not meant to see
I was not meant to be
I am the hunted
They rejoiced at my demise
But no matter what he tries
My spirit will survive
My spirit stays alive
Wish
Forgive me please, sister
I did not wish to bring you pain
That never leaves and will remain
I am a shadow of your past
But a shadow that will last
I wish I could say thank you
For everything you've done
I never thought I could become
A creature who was kind
And leave her sorrows behind
Wish, I can only wish
That while I remain above
I shall never forget your love
That has weaved a song
That keeps me still strong
