Office of Country Representative

The office of the country representatives of Patrick's Universe Global Web Community (PUGWC) are at three levels, namely:

1. Ambassador of Love - who represents PUGWC at country level, and
   

2. Consul of Love - who represents PUGWC at state, provincial, or territorial level of a country.
   

3. Leader of Love - who represents us at the local web community level
   

Basic Qualification for Appointment

The fundamental requirements for appointing a person to the office of Ambassador of Love or Consul of Love are as follows:

1. Person of positive personality (character trait) and love,
   

2. Person of intense love for humanity, nature and the environment.
   

3. Person with leadership qualities
   

4. Person of integrity and responsibility
   

5. Person who understands and subscribes to the philosophy and mission of Patrick's Universe.
   

6. Person committed the mission to spread the message of love and care to all mankind and to build a universal web community empowered with love to promote goodwill, friendship, understanding, mutual respect and equality among peoples of all nation.
   

7. Ability to deal with people and a good listener.
   

Functions of Ambassador of Love/Consul of Love

The office of the Ambassador of Love / Consul of Love is a voluntary service and is the office of love, compassion and service to humanity through participation in the programmes of Patrick's Universe Global Web Community.

The responsibilities of the Ambassador of Love or Consul of Love include but are not limited to the following functions:

1. To show love and compassion to all in the net and be instrument of love.
   

2. To disseminate information to net surfers and people in the country you represent to know about Patrick's Unversed site, its philosophy and mission and to keep them updated on all updates and new releases from Patrick's Universe.
   

3. To organise the formation of the local Web Community and the activities of the local Web community.
   

4. To draw net surfers and people into Patrick's Universe Global Web Community through participation in your local Web Community.
   

5. To liaise, assist and coordinate with the Council of Global Web Communities in our mission.
   

6. To participate in programmes organised by the Council of Global Web Communities for the mission of love and for humanitarian and charitable cause.
