She's the Fastest was seen in one episode.

She was a greyhound racing at the dog track, and winning, until Santa's Little Helper saw her and they started mating on the track. The Simpsons took her home, and she and Santa's Little Helper had 25 puppies, that Mr. Burns stole to make a coat out of. It ended happily, but neither She's the Fastest nor the puppies have ever been seen again.
