Tom's Infinite Simpson Archive: Chief Clancy Wiggum

Clancy Wiggum is the chief of police in Springfield, and not a very good one at that.

He is the father of Ralph Wiggum, and once helped Ralph get a part in a play with Lisa, whom Ralph had a crush on. Wiggum's police department is very corrupt, and a number of times has clearly showed that in public. For some reason, nobody seems to care. Crimes also happen right in front of his face, and he never seems to notice unless it helps him out in some way. Wiggum is kind of like Homer in the fact that he likes dohnuts, is fat, and not very bright. You have to question if that is why Ralph is the way he is.
