Gene Smith taught me quite a bit about how much I didn't know about theatre. He started me off on the tech crew by picking up the nails from the stage. Bet you never thought I'd move on to set design did ya? I am glad to have known him, roomed with him, and learned from him. Thanks for the ride Gene. |

Now THIS Gene reminds me quite frighteningly of myself. He came to join a play and stayed on to keep traditions going. Just like me he started out a little sketchy on tech crew (afraid of the circular saw I believe!) I am happy to say I knew him and that I'm proud he has gone on to do some of the same things I have done. Sometimes I still feel like his "mother" although what mother buys cigarettes for her young? Good luck Gene. |
We didn't get along at first. I thought I was queen of the world, theatre-wise, and along comes this guy who proved I wasn't AND he was an underclassman. What nerve! Turns out, he is one of the most honest (or too damn honest!) people I have ever met. I am glad we finally put aside our differences because life would be just little less bright if Kris wasn't in it. Sometimes he lays it on like a Jersey girl and her eyeliner but I love him for it anyway. He is very talented and I hope he never quite grows up. Love you Echo brother! |

Only guy I know who is telepathically ticklish. In addition to being an exceptional actor he also moonlights as a part time superhero and relationships counselor. He always has a ear for a friend and I'm glad he is mine. Also he likes to glue flowers on trees upside down. (It was a long sleep deprived and alcohol induced story.) In all seriousness, Chris is one of the brightest, most humble, minds I have ever known. When we finally achieve Utopia it will be his name on the bottom line. Love you bro.

This Chris started off as one stubborn little freshman who was determined to do anything and everything she could possibly do. It was hard for her to give 110% to absolutely everyone but she did her damndest. She was a great roommate and a bright light. I'll always thank you Chris for the good times (remember RENT?). |

This is LoCo in his natural plumage and habitat, Raceway park jacket, Norwich hat, and drinking hot chocolate after rehearsal. What to say about Kyle? Well, first, his nickname is no accident, he really is crazy! Second, he's a great friend and one of the two people with the most integrity that I know. Kyle was Tech God, working on almost every show (sometimes without the knowledge of the Director!) He faced death at the hands of the circular saw during Cabaret and went 10 rounds with the spotlight during Grease. From him, I learned to make a bandaid out of paper towels and duct tape.
|
Another insane individual! The man with more integrity in his finger than most people have all over. Loved him like a big brother but also felt like killing him on more than one occasion. Eric could always be counted on to come up with the most non-PC comment possible in any given situation. But over the years he's always had my back and my friendship. Thanks for teaching me to enjoy the little things.

I remember fall of 2000. Cameron Mount and I were more than stoked that we were finally going to do Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. So during auditions in walks Gavin with a whole character already... There went our chances! He is possibly the most talented actor I've worked with (as long as he doesn't have to sing to you... kidding Gavin!), he has moves than I am sure would make even Frank Shamrock sweat, and to top it all off he's an above average dancer... If there is one thing I love about theater it is that you are brought closer to good people you might otherwise never have known. I'm glad I was able to know such a "knight" as you Gavin. Thanks...

Fran Ippolito She was a senior when I came to the program. It was Fran who taught me to fight for Pegasus... that if there was anything worth all the trouble and tribulation of the Wick, Pegasus was it. I doubt you ever knew it Fran but I used to listen to you every night at rehearsal and I did take quite a bit of what you said to heart. She was tough and fair and she has been well missed!

Cameron Mount and Jen Adams What can I say about Cameron Mount. We told this kid to build us a bar. Little did we know that he thought it had to last through a nuclear war! That bar has been in every darn musical production we have done in the past four years! But that is just like Cameron, tough, stubborn, and always there when you need him. I will always appreciated having him to rely on. I knew he'd be there every Sunday and ready, if not entirely willing, to skitter across the rafters. And thank you Jen for putting Cameron in his place for us and working hard for Pegasus even though you went to UVM. We'll always consider you one of us! |
|
Now look at this dastardly group. Three of the most notorious members of Pegasus all in one shot. It is almost too much to bear!
The girl I will always remember as Frenchie. She was crazy and therapeutic and competitive. All our best to you Kimmi!!!
He once told me it was his lot in life to have to kiss every female in Pegasus at least once and I think he was right! I had to play his wife, Kimmi his fiancee, and Season his ex girlfriend. I'll never forget the boxer short watch or Helen insisting that he'd remember his blocking if we built him a wall. Thanks for all the fun Aaron, oh and Wilson the play dog too.
She joined Pegasus to do a bit part in Grease and stayed to be our leading lady for 4 years. Season was a wonderful actress who did things to her own beat no matter what.

Morgan "the Light Guy" Jones So this guy shows up to the tech meeting one day, he's got all his own tools so we look at each other and say "Why not?" Good choice because I'd rather have Morgan on my side than against me. He was the person responsible for bringing light to where we had up til then had darkness. Anything that we can't figure out goes to him! It is the Price for Genius my man. I particularly like this photo (even though he hates it) because it shows the true division of labor. Morgan working hard on the La Cage sign while Cameron and Hough relax on the couch in the back!!
|
Greg Jones Greg, light man. Thank you for adding to the cacophony! Only wish you had showed up earlier! On the other hand... "What light cue? Oh the lights are OFF!"

Joe Herrera Joe was only at Norwich for 2 years but he definitely left his mark. He started off as our Danny Zuko in Grease and became the cuddliest actor I knew. We've missed him (but not how he never got a line quite right!)

I know I haven't listed all those I wanted to but some I didn't have have pictures of and others I just didn't like! I'm only kidding. There will be more player profiles to come.
