Additional terms for registered Users

In order to access Bulletin Boards, Chat, e-mail, News groups, Forums, Communities, Personal web pages, Calendars and other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group you need to register as a member (these services can also be accessed as a guest. But a guest will not be able to use certain facilities). In addition to the general terms of use the following additional terms shall govern:

1. In consideration of your use of the services, you will be required to provide personal information Bollywood Vista reserves the right to terminate or cancel your registration if Bollywood Vista has reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading registration information.

2. All registration information is subject to our privacy policy.

3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you.

4. You shall not send/submit/post/upload/e-mail or otherwise transmit messages or material that are unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable of any kind or nature that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence or give rise to a civil liability of any kind. Bollywood Vista reserves the right to delete any such material at its sole discretion.

5. You shall not send/submit/post/upload/e-mail or otherwise transmit messages or material that are deemed to be unauthorized or unsolicited advertising or promotional material, or any other form of solicitation.

6. You shall not send/submit/post/upload/e-mail, or otherwise transmit, messages or material that contain software virus, or any other files that are designed to interrupt, destroy, limit, and/or negatively affect, the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunication equipment, or other user's ability to engage in real time exchanges.

7. You alone are responsible for the content transmitted by you or through your User Name and shall indemnify and keep Bollywood Vista indemnified against any claim including attorney fees for violation of any third party intellectual property or proprietary rights.

8. All content submitted/posted to/on Bollywood Vista becomes the property of Bollywood Vista and you grant Bollywood Vista a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display the content in whole or in part world-wide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed and warrant and represent that you have the right to grant such a license, however, personal information submitted during registration would be covered by the Privacy policy.

The following are the only times when content may be disclosed:

1. If required by law.

2. To comply with legal process.

3. Enforce the terms of use.

4. Respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties.

5. Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Bollywood Vista, its users and the public.
