Who is the mysterious stranger who suddenly appears in Meridiana?

This fanfic occurs before The Final Confrontation, The season finale, when Von Reichter is not presumed dead and Cybersix still has to cross-dress daily to go to work.
A fact that you may need to know, if you don't already: Originally there were 5000 Cybers. Dr. Von Reichter had them all killed at the age of nine, but only Cybersix escaped. Or so they thought...hehehe..
