Glass carboy with optional (but necessary) carry handle. Also stick-on thermometer.

Plastic bucket style fermenters can also be used. Other than aesthetics, I think the advantage of glass is that you can watch the yeast in action.

Bottling bucket has spigot on the bottom to gravity fill the bottles.

The rest:

Capper, siphon hose with bottle filler and racking cane, hydrometer, fermentation lock, cleaning brushes.
