CHOUZU
Chouzu is by far THE most underrated character in Dragonball Z. He is a tiny human with a number of great unique ki powers. We first see him during the 22rd Tenkaichi Budokai, where he looses to Krillin. Later, he dies trying to stop the Demon King Piccolo from regaining his youth via the 7 dragonballs. Later yet, he makes a noble sacrifice and self-destructs in the battle with Nappa and Vejita in an attempt to save his friends, where dies yet again. Returned to life, he appears sporadically throughout the rest of the series, but is no longer involved in any of the major battles. Someone so small and therefore agile, with great energy manipulation techniques goes to train with King Kai, where he becomes even faster and more agile, and he improves his Ki manipulation tremendously.... Think of the possibilities...Akira Toriyama threw away a gold mine on this one.
