All Eyez On Me
All Eyez On Me was a revolutionary album. It was a double CD, which was the first ever for the rap
industry (Notice that now, because of its success, everyone and their goldfish is releasing a hip-hop double album).
He came to sign with Death Row after Suge posted Pac's $1.4 million bail to him get out of jail. In return, Shakur agreed to go directly under the Row, instead of the parent company (Interscope
Records). The two men had several things in common: Both
hated Puffy and Bad Boy, both loved money, and both loved
taking rap to the highest level possible.
