Braised Golden Conpoy
An essential ingredient in Cantonese cuisine, the dried scallop
(conpoy) is used primarily for flavouring. Delicate but
distinctive in taste, it is often added to slow cooking foods and
dishes.
For banquets and special occasions, conpoy is served whole.
