Every One of us has a task we must carry. Each of us has a weakness we must over come - but we must be diligant and strong when it comes to our weaknesses; for showing such a thing infrount of another of our kind may lead to our downfall.
As each of us head into the darkness to attempt to over come what we once were to be glorious as we are now we must all remember to take haste - and keep an unseeing eye open all around. We never know when we may run into a true hunter of the hunter or when the sun may creep over the unforgiving horizen.
Even though the sunlight does not kill us as the popular myths may belive, it can harm one of us and make us need to feed more than usual or lead to a frenzy. Sunlight is not always fatal but it sure hurts like a bitch when your skin starts to boil and fry slowly as if placed on a hot burner.
We lurk in the shadows, just out of the sight of mortal eyes. We watch you from afar, and recoil at thoes you love. It is possible for one of us to love one of you, but it is so rare that most would rather be alone then watch the mortal die of age. Though, we can prolong mortal life we would perfer we did not. For nothing is more beautiful and fragile than a human life.
Do not think we are all evil, for that is simply not true, but when it comes down to all maters we must be true to our nature.
