The Blood of Orcus
Scene 1..
- The Coronation of Vandoth..
-With fantastic jubilation, we are at the coronation of Alexander Amadeus
Vandoth.
Ten months of civil war have finally ended and a feeling of peace
and security are felt throughout the newly born lands. Vandoth is
Victorious.
The people are ecstatic, business and industry are optimistic and
secure with the feeling that they now have an unquestionable strength in the
Monarchy of Amadeus. Vandoth is now perceived by the continent and the
world as:
Amadeus the Power.
-Vandoth is being coronated by Maxxwell Von Zepplin the Arch-Bishop of
Karameikos. Maxxwell's political and military support of Vandoth's claim for
the throne has been a great success. With the assistance of clerical army
troops, Vandoth's armies were able to inflict greater damage, while enemy
armies suffered under the awesome speed and power of the Black Hills
armies. Maxxwell has recently acquired new lands. A fortified base has been
constructed and is now located in the Northern mountains, accessed only by
roads connecting Karameikos. A larger garrison is located in central
Karameikos.
-Ronin of the Freehold is being instated as official protector of the
Monarchy. A feeling of invincibility is now associated with the relationship
between Ronin and Vandoth. His exploits and unimaginable victories have
been told about the country. His word to accomplish a deed have never gone
undone. Ronin is a great ally to his friends and a Feared Enemy to those
foolish enough to choose that course. Ronin’s lands have been integrated
into Karameikos through negotiations with Darokin. And has been set up as
an independent free barony. The Freehold attracts Barbarians from many
lands, many tribes have claimed lineage with his families history.
-in the sky above a lone winged demon hovers, and is holding a spherical
crystal object. The object is a transmitter receiver belonging to an Ancient
warrior named Kilrathi. Kilrathi is the half demon son of Orcus. He has
only now just landed on the continent of Ansalon. His incredible journey's
have put him in great jeopardy on many occasions and Kilrathi is now
finally ready to fulfill his life quest. A quest of vengeance, a quest to
capture the life, the souls, the very essence of Ronin and Vandoth. His
travels have sent him across many lands and realms for the search of
artifacts needed for the final destruction of the murderous wretched souls,
the infinitesimal random specks of disgust. The Lone Murderers of his
FATHER...
