Balloons Blow BUT the ribbons can be just as bad!! Balloons Blow Don't Let Them Go Balloons Blow Don't Let Them Go

The small balloons sometimes be worse than the larger ones.
Easier to swallow by many sea creatures.
The white flat plastic is from a cheap plastic toy beach bucket.
The white plastic handles easily break off.
Every time I go to the beach I find one or more.
Can't blame this on BP
unless you use the BP to say Bad Parenting.
