As soon as Jackie and Alesia were both inside the car, Alesia said excitedly, "You'll never guess what! Hanson is coming to Milwaukee! I've just got to see them in concert! Hopefully, my mom will let me go. Do you want to come with me, if my mom will let me?"
"Alesia, you know that I don't like Hanson very much, but if it will make you happy, sure I'll go with you," Jackie said, looking a little excited.
All day, the only thing that Alesia could think about, was if her mom would let her go see Hanson in concert. On the bus on the way home all Alesia could talk about, was how she might see Hanson!
"I'll be breathing the same air as Zac!!! He's such a doll," Alesia said her eyes getting wider by the minute. Just then, the bus approached Alesia's house.
"Well, when you find out if you can go or not call me and tell me if you can go, ok?" Jackie said.
When Alesia got inside her house, her mom wasn't home yet from work so she went up to her room, and turned her CD player on. Soon, 'Gimmie Some Lovin' filled her room, along with Hanson's heart-stopping voices. "I might be seeing Hanson live!" Alesia thought. She flopped down on her bed and began flipping through her new issue of MOE.
The sound of keys in the front door brought Alesia out of her daze.
"MOM…MOM!!!" Alesia yelled as she ran downstairs at full speed.
"What is it sweetheart?"
"Ok, you see Hanson is coming to Milwaukee and I just have to see them in concert. Can I go see them, please? PLEASE!?"
"Well……"
"Well mom, what do you say? Can I go?"
