Jamie Rose Bolin

Jamie Rose Bolin was born August 7, 1995 to my sister Jennifer Ann Fox and Curtis Lynn Bolin. She was a loving child and has two sister, Lori Dawn Headrick and Sarah Lynn Fox who miss here very much. I have known Jenny and her family for over 30 years. I meet Jenny when we very young. Her family became a second family to me. Because of this Jenny's sister Jessie is my sister as well. Mama Rose and Daddy Don are my second set of parents. Jamie was found dead on April 14, 2006. She died April 12,2006. She was killed by a down stairs nieghbor in the apartment's where she lived with her father, Curtis. Jamie was age 10 years 8 months and 5 days when she was mured. Her down stairs neighbor lured her in to his apartment where he killed her. When Jamie went missing family memeber camped out side the apartments keeping watch for her. That is how the guy was catch. He could not move her body. I am going to supplie some links to news articals on what happen to my niece because it is to hard to put it here. Parennt please watch your children more carefully, tell them to stay away from strangers. Let them know they can talk to you, tell them if someone makes them feel unsafe to tell you. Jamie was a trusting young girl who did not think that any one would hurt her. That was the way she was. What makes this hard for me is her body was found on my birthday. I found out the next day. I went down to her funral and it was the first time in a long while that I got to see my second family. I got to meet my nieces and nephews for the first time. I just wish it would have been on a happier note. I am writing this because Mama Rose and I both feel that we need to get the word out. Jamie was also stocked on the internet by someone and that is who they first thought got Jamie. That did not help matters, even thought this time it was not an internet perater, it could have been. So please keep your children safe, I know my son has a hard time with me saying no to him now. He has yet to meet this part of my family, so it has not hit him hard like it did myself, Jenny, Curtis, Mama and Daddy Don,Jessie and her family. I miss my niece and I find myself ever so watchfull over who my son is around.

Keeping us safe and sound. She is in our hearts, reminding us of love. She is closest to us in our hour of pain and saddness. Bring comfort to our souls. She is a star in the night sky above. A ray of sunlight in our waking hours. She is a raindrop to wash awy the tears That bring her Spring flowers to cheer us.
