UFORC Member services are for any Adult 18 years or older.

- You will assume full responsibility of any personal information you disclose on this service and charges that are incurred accessing uforc.com through providers, such as on-line services and other.
- You agree that any disputes that may arise in relations of this service agreements shall be subject to the federal and state courts of the origin of this agreement, Seattle, Washington. King County, USA.
You are agreeing to hold harmless, indemnify and to defend uforc.com. officers, employee's and anyone assoicated with uforc.com at our request, due to your use of uforc.com, including any accusation, violatiions of any rules in this Agreement, information you post infringes the property rights of others, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademark, etc. of uforc.com, members and any third party, or that such information invades the privacy in anyway of uforc.com and any third party.
To insure proper use of this service, uforc.com may choose to monitor public areas in order to protect the rights of service user and maintain the proper workings of this service.

- Does not get involved or resolve any and all disputes between registered members.
