ATL) How is it going and how is the Norwegian scene treating you?

DE) Everything is just great!! Thanks.

ATL) What should we be expecting from the new album? And when is it supposed to be out?

DE) "ALL LITTLE DEVILS" is ten steps further for Dismal Euphony. Everything is better; the sound/production, the melodies, the vocals etc. But we have not changed our style as many rumors say.

ATL) Waldemar Soryeta (Despair/Grip inc.) is playing the leads on the new album. Why did you choose him?? Personally, I think he's one of the best soloists out there.

DE) So do I, and thats why he is playing for us. He is also the producer of our album.

ATL) You've had some previous member clashes and changes. Andreus (guitar) and Elin Overskutl (keys) are both no longer in the band. What's the story with them leaving?

DE) We only tried out Andreas on guitar and that did not work out. Elin was simply not good enough.

ATL) Have you done much touring, and do you find it hard to perform live with your piano parts and drastic changes?

DE) We have not started touring yet because we do not have a complete line-up. The new songs are not the easiest to play, but we will manage.

ATL) 'Soria Moria Slott' was sung in Norwegian, and 'Autumn Leaves' was sung in English. Why the change of languages, and what can we expect on the new album?

DE) We changed to English because we wanted to reach more people. The new album contains only English lyrics.

ATL) You've just signed to Nuclear Blast. You also had interest from Metal Blade. What made you go with Nuclear Blast?

DE) Better contract and they seemed more upfront. Nuclear blast is really a growing label, Metal blade has been on top.
