This is a new group. I will be monitoring this group and adding faq

Purpose of the group
Rec.collecting.stamps.marketplace was created to provide a free International
forum for all philatelic commerce. Philatelic commerce is the buying, selling,
and trading of all the stuff used in the stamp collecting hobby. Please restrict your newsgroup
commercial stamp postings to either this group or alt.collecting.stamps
History
This group was created in February 1998, by Greg Deeter (greg@philatelic.com).
There were no restrictions placed on this group when it was created. It
began as a free international forum, unregulated by other than commom sense,
common courtesy, and mutual self interest to keep it open and free. After
a long, protracted internet war, the usenet hirarchy imposed a charter
on this group. The best way to deal with flamers and "net police"
whom may try and make you conform to their views, is to download a newsreader
that includes a "kill file" or a "Bozo BIN" such as,
Anawave's Gravity . (drag the name of the culprit
to the "Bozo Bin" icon, and the next time you reload the group, they will be mercifully gone. Please don't respond
to these people in the group. That's how they trashed the original rec.collecting.stamps.
You will only be wasting your time, as their behavior on R
C S proved beyond a reasonable doubt; they are incapable
of reasonableness, let alone rational discussion.
