Signs of Spring

                 Soft Rain
                 Then Hail
                 A touch of green
                 Daffodils, Tulips
                 And Lilacs all preen.
                 Azaleas and Rhodies
                 Bend to the wind
                 Eggs and Bunnies
                 It's Easter again.
                 Trees leaf out
                 Rose bushes grow.
                 Up in the hills
                 A melting of snow.
                 A robin and a worm
                 Their struggle on-going.
                 What do you know!
                 The grass needs mowing.
