Klingons in Enterprise

Does anyone know how the appearance of Klingons in Enterprise, which conforms to their appearance in Next Gen, is explained relative to the appearance of the "Klingons" in TOS?

I have heard this question before. My answer to this question is the Klingons mixed their DNA with other Klingons from different parts of the galaxy to create a new look for themselves. It would be the same for us if we mixed say Mexican with Canadian, pretty soon those people would look different. As far as the skip in time with Enterprise being first, then the Original Series, then the Next Generation, that's easy to explain; quantum fluxuations of course.
