Each of the 26 designs has a different flower pattern to go with the letter. These needle case patterns are designed for delicas and include the pattern for the flat round peyote top and bottom.

This sample of the pattern was done from a kit beaded by Lynne Quinne. The letter is done in 22 kt. matte gold delicas, outlined in 22 kt. bright gold delicas and the background is done in matte black delicas. There are three shades of red delicas and two shades of green delicas in the flower pattern. The patterns can easily be converted from needle case to an amulet bag by doubling the bead count around.
