Paladin Traveling Workshops

Have beads, will travel!!

We are available to bring our workshops to you!!

We are branching out to make our classes available in your areas. We offer one project classes as well as multiple components and design classes. We offer teaching the entire weekend, not just a 6 hour one day class. We have excellent feedback from our first ever traveling retreat this past February 7-9, 2003; references available upon request. Have your local bead society contact us for details and to arrange a workshop!

Our format is informal and varied and include arriving Friday afternoon and departing Sunday later afternoon. Friday evening after dinner, everyone suits up in pajamas, we lay out grazing snacks and bead until we drop. Everything we offer is backed up with hard copy handouts. Your cost is transportation, room and board and a $150.00 per student charge that covers the whole weekend. We are available in duos and sometimes trios!!

Bracelets

With many kudos and thank yous to Emily Hackbarth, Gineke Root, and Rayney King, designer, we are pleased to offer a variety of interpretations of the Dutch Spiral technique.

We will demonstrate several different options to make just the spiral you want. A basic knowledge of peyote is recommended. We will focus on process, techniques and design; you will have a project started in class. Among those offerings will be adding lampwork, cabochons and cabochon embellishments. Extensive handouts will be provided covering everything in class.

We will have kits available for each of the three variations that we will offer. One kit is included as the supplies fee with your class registration. All 3 variations will be for sale as kits in the class also. You can bring along a focal bead such as lampwork, gemstone cabochon, agate slice if desired. Bring needles,Nymo D & 0, and thread conditioner. Also it is recommended that you bring a personal light and beading dishes or material to bead on, crimp tool and scissors.
