The youngest of the three Beoulve brothers. Inferior fighter compared to them, and is aware of it. After Ft. Zeakden tragedy, he changes his name to Ramza Ruglia to distance himself from his brothers. He joins Gafgarion's mercenary group and witnesses Princess Ovelia's abduction.
Delita Hyral
Ramza's best friend. Parents died when he was very young. Balbanes, Ramza's father, took him in and raised him like his own son. Disappears and is presumed dead after tragedy at Ft. Zeakden, but is seen kidnapping Princess Ovelia at Orbonne Monastery.
Agrias Oaks

Ovelia's bodyguard. Assigned to escort Princess
Ovelia from Orbonne Monastery with the help of
Gafgarion and his mercenaries. However, the princess
is abducted while she is in battle outside the
monastery.
Princess Ovelia Atkascha
One of the possible successers to the throne. Belongs
to the Orbonne Monastery. Abducted from the monastery
while her bodyguard and her escort team battled
outside the monastery.
Gaff Gafgarion
Former leader of the Touten Knights during the 50-year war. His brutal fighting style forced him out of the knights after the war. He is now the head of a mercenary group that has been hired to help escort Princcess Ovelia from Orbonne Monastery.
Cidolfas Orlandu A.K.A. T.G. Cid
Former leader of the Nanten Knights. Foster-father of Olan Durai. He is the right-hand man under Druksmald Goltana until Goltana locks him up for treason.
