All of this must be done in chapter four: Someone to Love.
1. Go to Goug Machine City
2. Go to Goland Coal City and talk to barkeeper about rumors.
3. Go to Lesalia Imperial Capital
4. Go back to Goland Coal City and fight four battles in the underground Colliery.
5. Go back to Goug.
6. Go to Zeltennia Castle and talk to barkeeper about rumors.
7. Go to Nelveska Temple and fight a battle.
8. Go back to Goug again.
9. Go to Zarghidas Trade City and fight a battle.
